Sarah is a passionate personal trainer, certified Pre- & Postnatal coach, Women’s Coaching Specialist, and Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. A mother of two and an expat in Amsterdam, she combines her background in personal training and psychology to support women through all stages of womanhood.

After experiencing the lack of resources for new mothers firsthand, Sarah now dedicates herself to creating a community that empowers women to embrace their strength and well-being. Her mission is to ensure every woman feels supported, confident, and celebrated on their fitness journey.
